Direktur Human Capital Management Pos Indonesia, Tonggo Marbun mengatakan, selama tiga tahun terakhir, Pos Indonesia cukup agresif memperbaiki pengelolaan HC, organisasi dan budaya untuk mendukung pencapaian target bisnis perusahaan. Berkat usaha, pada 5 Juli 2023 yang lalu PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) dianugerahi penghargaan bergengsi Human Capital on Resilience Excellence Award 2023. Human Capital on Resilience Excellence Award (HCREA) 2023 merupakan kegiatan penilaian atau corporate rating (award) tahunan di bidang human capital. 

Adapun penghargaan yang berhasil diraih Pos Indonesia di HCREA 2023 antara lain The Best Recruitment of Logistics Specialist, The Most Innovation HR, The Best Company of Culture and Employee Experience dan The Most Resilience Company 2023. Selain itu Tonggo Marbun selaku Direktur Human Capital Management juga berhasil menyabet penghargaan sebagai The Best Leadership Development Focus on HC.

“Kami sangat senang dan rendah hati menerima penghargaan ini, ini adalah prestasi buah dari kerja keras seluruh teman-teman HC di Pos Indonesia,” kata Tonggo Marbun, dalam keterangan yang dikutip Senin, (10/7).

Dikatakan, penghargaan-penghargaan HCREA 2023 diberikan kepada organisasi yang menunjukkan kinerja dan kontribusi penting bagi industri masing-masing. Dedikasinya dalam menyiapkan SDM berkualitas tinggi sebagai faktor kunci dalam menjalankan tujuan bisnis.

Selama tahun 2022 dan semester 1 2023, HC Pos Indonesia fokus untuk mendukung arah bisnis perusahaan untuk mulai merambah ke bisnis logistik, enterprise, wholesale dan internasional.

Dukungan tersebut diwujudkan dengan melakukan restrukturisasi organisasi dengan membentuk subdirektorat baru dan memperkuat subdirektorat existing yang mengelolan bisnis logistik, enterprise, wholesale dan internasional.

‘’Pos Indonesia juga menjalankan strategic workforce planning untuk mempersiapkan kapasitas dan kapabilitas HC sehingga mampu membawa perusahaan kembali berjaya. Perusahaan melakukan remodelling karyawan menjadi kemitraan, melakukan akselerasi karir, talent development dalam hal kompetensi teknis dan leadershipnya,’’ paparnya.

Selain itu, Pos Indonesia fokus terhadap pengelolaan kinerja dengan membangun performance management system yang baru berbasis OKR agar pengelolaan kinerja bisa lebih mudah dijalankan bagi karyawan dan manajemen, lebih adil dan transparan. Ke depan performance management system ini juga akan dihubungkan dengan benefit yang diterima karyawan sesuai kinerjanya, sehingga akan terbentuk budaya berprestasi di perusahaan. Untuk mempersiapkan bisnis di masa depan dan menjaga sustainability, dimulai membangun kompetensi digital melalui rekrutmen digital talent, mapping digital mindset karyawan, menetapkan direktori kompetensi digital, menyiapkan regulasi khusus digital talent dan melakukan pelatihan, sertifikasi dan bootcamp digital kepada karyawan.

Last but not least, Pos Indonesia concern untuk membangun employee experience yang positif melalui digitalisasi layanan HC.
